 Hi,I'm Barbora.
Becoming a therapist and coach has been one of my greatest homecomings.

I find such deep joy and satisfaction in reflecting your worthiness back to you so that you feel it deep in your bones.  In watching you step into your wild power and your aliveness.  In witnessing your healing and empowerment ripple out into your ecosystem of relationships, your contributions to your world.

I integrate somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, EMDR, parts work, and deep internal resourcing to support clients in moving toward embodied and lasting change at the root. Together, we cultivate greater self-trust, emotional presence, relational authenticity, and the capacity to inhabit life more fully.

Rooted Soulsong bridges soulful depth with grounded practicality.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years immersed in theoretical physics and psychology research. I continue to value intellectual rigor and practical, evidence-based tools for change. At the same time, I believe some of the deepest vehicles for healing emerge through experiences that are relational, experiential, imaginal, and deeply human: being profoundly seen and listened to, reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, cultivating meaningful inner resources, engaging creativity and imagination, and creating space for parts of ourselves that have long been silenced, exiled, or left behind.

Take in the nourishment of being fully seen in your wholeness.

At the heart of my work is a therapeutic space where your full humanity is welcome. A space where you can show up in your grief, confusion, tenderness, joy, complexity, power, longing, uncertainty, and becoming. Together, we gently welcome home the parts of yourself that may have learned to hide, adapt, protect, or fragment in order to survive — allowing them to reclaim their rightful place within your inner world so that greater wholeness, vitality, and aliveness can emerge.

Reconnect with your inner knowing and embody your inner authority.

I love supporting people in reconnecting with the quieter truths within themselves: the instincts, values, emotions, desires, and forms of knowing that may have become buried beneath trauma, adaptation, or pressure from others. Therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with your own deepest knowing so that you can begin building a life and relationships that feel authentic, meaningful, and fully your own.

Work History

My clinical work has included supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, relational wounds, identity exploration, grief, major life transitions, and questions of meaning, authenticity, and embodiment. I have practiced across a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics and group practice, before ultimately creating Rooted Soulsong as a space where soulful depth, embodiment, relational healing, and grounded therapeutic care could meaningfully come together.

In addition to my private practice work, I have served as a practicum and internship supervisor at Naropa University, where I deeply value supporting emerging therapists in developing both clinical skill and authentic therapeutic presence. I also teach diagnosis and treatment planning through a lens that honors both the structural realities of clinical work and the deeper humanity, relationality, and creative purpose that therapists bring into the field.

I especially value helping clinicians bridge grounded structure with authentic self-expression: cultivating practices that are not only ethically and sustainably built, but also deeply aligned with who they are and how they want to serve.

Across all of my work, I remain deeply committed to creating spaces where insight, embodiment, relational healing, creativity, discernment, and authentic aliveness

can meaningfully coexist.
