For Therapists, Coaches, and Healers
a grounded, relational space for helping professionals to move toward self-trust, voice, and aliveness
Many therapists, coaches, and healers spend much of their lives attuned to the needs, emotions, and wellbeing of others. They are thoughtful, insightful, deeply caring people who hold immense emotional complexity with competence and grace.
Those who find their way to this work have often walked a long journey of personal growth. You may already have strong insight into your patterns, attachment histories, nervous system responses, or relational dynamics. And yet, despite your understanding, something still feels disconnected, over-adapted, or not fully alive.
You may be longing not only for symptom relief, but for a deeper sense of embodiment, self-trust, and internal authority. A fuller connection to your own voice, creativity, emotional truth, and capacity to move through life from a place that feels authentic and rooted.

Therapy can become a space not only for understanding yourself more deeply, but for reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been shaped around competence, caretaking, adaptation, or survival. A space to soften chronic self-monitoring, receive support more fully, and cultivate a more grounded and empowered relationship with yourself.
I genuinely love the depth and complexity that emerge in the deep work with therapists, coaches, and other healers.
Some arrive highly intellectual and insight-oriented, longing to reconnect with embodiment and emotional presence. Others come in deeply intuitive or spiritually connected, yet wanting more grounding, structure, or direction in their healing process. I work fluidly across these different ways of knowing and help clients move toward integration.

I also deeply welcome collaboration and feedback within the therapeutic relationship.
Many therapists, coaches, or healers come into the room with strong preferences, clinical knowledge, and clarity about what does and does not feel supportive for them. I do not experience this as threatening or burdensome. Rather, I integrate your own therapeutic wisdom as part of a co-creative container where your full humanity, intelligence, discernment, and agency are welcome.
At the same time, I do not relinquish my own grounded therapeutic presence in the room. I believe meaningful therapy often emerges through a relationship where both of us show up authentically, collaboratively, and fully in our respective roles.

Ultimately, this work is a space where insight can deepen into embodiment, where competence can soften into authenticity, and where you do not have to hold everything alone. Together, we move toward a more grounded relationship with your own inner authority, emotional truth, creativity, and aliveness.
Through this process, your way of moving through the world feels not only sustainable, but deeply rooted, connected, and fully your own.
